Welcome Dylan and Beau Jones to the PARL Coaching Family
Pilipinas Australian Rugby League (PARL) is proud to welcome Dylan Jones and Beau Jones to our U16 Men’s coaching team.
Dylan joins PARL as our new U16 Men’s Head Coach, alongside Beau as U16 Men’s Assistant Coach, as we continue building strong pathways for young Filipino-Australian rugby league players.
Dylan - Building the Next Generation
Our junior program is about more than what happens on game day.
It’s about giving young filipino rugby league players an environment where they can develop their skills, build confidence and learn what it means to represent their team, their family and the Philippines with pride.
Dylan is looking forward to leading the U16 Men’s squad and helping the group grow together throughout the representative season.
“Proud to be joining PARL and taking on the U16 Men’s coaching role. Looking forward to working with the boys, helping them grow as players and as a team, and giving them the opportunity to represent the Philippines with pride. Big things ahead!” Dylan Jones, U16 Men’s Head Coach
Welcome to the Family, Beau
Joining Dylan is Beau Jones, who steps into the role of U16 Men’s Assistant Coach.
For Beau, the opportunity is just as much about helping shape the young filipino men off the field as it is about developing them as rugby league players.
“I’m really excited to be joining PARL as an Assistant Coach with the U16 Men’s. It’s a great opportunity to work with the boys, help them develop and hopefully make a positive impact both on and off the field. I’m proud to be representing the Philippines and can’t wait to get started.” Beau Jones, U16 Men’s Assistant Coach
Big Things Ahead for Our U16 Men
Having coaches who believe in development, teamwork and representing our Philippines heritage with pride is an important part of what we’re building at PARL.
For our U16 Men, this is another opportunity to learn, compete and create memories while pulling on the Philippines jersey.
We’re excited to have Dylan and Beau on board and can’t wait to see what they build with the Philippines Junior squad.
Welcome to the PARL family, Dylan and Beau. 🇵🇭🇦🇺🏉
